C3 C&E was previously a part of a Singapore founded company known as Raymond Woo & Henry Sng International Consultants Pte. Ltd. (Rhincons) which was founded by Henry Sng in Vietnam in 2008. In the present, Henry Sng is appointed the CEO of C3 C&E and is a member of the Board of Directors. With many years of experience of Henry Sng in the field of project management in construction, he is able to contribute valuable advises to C3 C&E. From 2019, thanks to its more than ten years’ experience and development process, C3 C&E has been established with the developing orientation of its core values in the following aspects:

– Providing project legal services;
– Design, construction management and project management;
– General contractor;
– Warranty, maintenance and operation of plants and works after construction;
– Research, train and apply new technologies in the construction field such as: BIM360, precast concrete technology, etc
